Diego Serrano wins the best poster award at IWFOS 2025!

Diego Serrano has obtained the best poster award in the International Workshop on Functional and Operatorial Statistics (IWFOS) held in Novara (Italy) from 25th to 27th June 2025. IWFOS is the leading international conference on functional data analysis.

Diego’s poster is titled “Prediction Regions for Functional-Valued Random Forests” and it can be accessed here. A dedicated award committee consisting of members of the Scientific Committee and the Organising Committee delivered two awards based on the following criteria: originality of the work, scientific methodology, clarity of presentation, and graphic design and visual impact.
