Diego Serrano obtains a PhD grant from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid

Diego Serrano has obtained the competitive PhD grant “PIPF Programa “Inteligencia Artificial”” from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

The PIPF-IA grant provides funding for a 4-year PhD project. Diego’s thesis topic is on contributions on statistics on metric spaces with applications, and is co-supervised by Eduardo García-Portugués and Marco Raiola.
